Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. Both facilities rent on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment required. Your rent is charged in one-month increments starting from the day you move in.
What do I need to rent a storage unit?
You will need government-issued photo identification. A security deposit is also required at the time of rental. Our staff can walk you through everything when you call or stop by.
Do you offer discounts for paying ahead?
Yes. We offer discounts for prepayment. Contact either facility directly to ask about current prepayment options.
Can I reserve a locker?
Yes. You can reserve a locker for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. This reserves the locker for up to seven days. The $50.00 fee will be applied against your first month's rent.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
Do you require a credit card on file?
Yes. We require a valid bank-issued credit card. Debit Visa, Debit Mastercard, and prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
Can I store business inventory or equipment?
Yes. Both locations are suitable for business storage. We have a range of unit sizes that work well for business overstock, records, equipment, and seasonal inventory.
